Questions have been raised regarding US President Joe Biden's cognitive ability after he stumbled through another media event.  

President Biden was in New Hampshire to promote his bipartisan infrastructure law.

The event, which was part of two trips this week to sell his bill, was not well attended and the president stumbled through his planned event.
